William Moore joined the board of MUM in 2013. Bill lends his expertise and support to a number of organizations including the Wheaton Urban District Advisory Committee, where he serves as Secretary. He is on the Beautification Committee for the Rock Creek Palisades Citizens Association as well as serving as President for the Wheaton and Kensington Chamber of Commerce.

Professionally, William is the President of Moore Hospitality, Inc., a franchisee of IHOP. He is a lifelong resident of Montgomery County.
