Qualifications for Emergency Referrals
- Recipients must live in Montgomery County
- Proof of residency is required; the following are acceptable forms:
- Driver’s License or photo ID with current address shown
- Utility bill in name of applicant with current address shown
- Lease with name of applicant and current address
