Silver Spring resident Jean Hoyt received MUM’s Volunteer of the Year award for her years of service to the nonprofit. Catherine Provost from Congressman Chris Van Hollen’s office presented MUM board president Susan DeFord and Executive Director Larry White with a Congressional Citation honoring MUM’s 20 years of service to the community. Local group BGD+ performed at the MUM Fundraiser.
